La Difference Catering has been producing outstanding gourmet food throughout the Manchester/North Cheshire region since 1992 for business & private events ranging from intimate dinner parties to large marquee weddings, cocktail parties and corporate launches.
Our menus are international - from Haute French Cuisine through to authentic Eastern cooking. Whatever the menu, we always endeavour to source the finest, freshest ingredients; fish, meat & seasonal vegetables are provided locally. These are carefully and lovingly prepared, cooked and beautifully presented for our customers to enjoy.
We are proud to have remained a small, enthusiastic and intimate company, one that can provide a really personal service to our clients. A good company is only as good as its employees, and most of our loyal staff have been with us since the start providing outstanding service at all times.
As we only ever take on a limited amount of functions per week, owner Doreen Simpson personally attends every event to ensure perfection in food preparation and service. She will also visit you to talk through all aspects of the organisation of your event from menu planning, table settings, linen, china & glassware hire etc, so that your party is completely stress free and enjoyable.
